The GRIGO story began in 1941 with Josef Grigo, our grandfather in Poland, whose passion lay in exploring the world of coffee and pursuing exceptional flavour. To him, coffee was more than just a beverage — it was a culture, a tradition, and a way to bring people together. Josef’s curiosity inspired him to discover different coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavour nuances, always searching for what makes each cup truly special.
His dedication, passion, and respect for the traditions of coffee craftsmanship became the foundation of the values our family continues to preserve and nurture today. From generation to generation, we have passed down his love of quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
Although the world has changed, our belief has remained the same: to create coffee that brings people together, inspires conversation, and makes everyday moments special. To us, coffee is about more than beans, roasting, or brewing. It is about the people who gather around the same table, the ideas born through conversation, and the memories created over a cup of coffee.
